Jan Duncan

Osteopath

I have been an osteopath for 40 years specalising In cranial osteopathy for babies and mothers. I moved into alternative medicine after training as a nurse and becoming frustrated that the cause of the problems were mostly not being dealt with.

I am also an avatar master and mother of 4 children and grandmother to 10 grandchildren. Tlove treating babies as the changes can be profound and have a huge influence on their lives. And don't forget the mums, they also benefit a lot from cranial treatment.

The philosophy of osteopathy is simple, to restore movement in the body enabling it to heal itself. I am always happy to learn and share my knowledge.
